I really enjoyed this book! This is the November Read With Jenna pick and I‘m so glad I was able to read it this month. This was a book full of friendship, love, and finding yourself. It tells the story of three friends and one man and how their lives all intersect. It was such a meaningful read.

I discovered this book through TikTok and I thought since everyone loved it so much I would give it a shot even though I‘m not a huge fantasy fan. I loved this book. This was definitely one of those fantasy novels that just sucks you into the story. I definitely need the second book as soon as possible!

I wanted to highlight every poem in this book. If there was ever a book written for me this was it. While I haven‘t experienced everything portrayed in these poems it still absolutely gutted me. I‘ve never read a poetry book that leaves such a lasting effect on me. I‘m just speechless. I sit here and just ponder why us women have to experience all of these things at the hands of men. It‘s absolutely heartbreaking.

I really enjoyed this book by Debra Webb. This is my first read from her and I will definitely read more. The mystery definitely kept me on the edge of my seat and there were twists I never saw coming. This is the third book in the Finley O‘Sullivan series and I definitely need to go back and read the first two. I don‘t usually read a series out of order but I received an advance copy of this book from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review!

This book took a minute for me to get into it but when I did boy did I. I liked it a whole lot more than I expected. This was definitely not a traditional murder mystery and the author included the reader in the mystery and I liked that. However saying that, I am mad at this book. This book is living rent free in my head. I will definitely be looking for more from this author. Thank you to NetGalley for an advance copy of this book.
