1. My family has a family reunion on Memorial Day Weekend. Saturday I will be doing that. Then the rest of the weekend, I plan to read📚😊

2. Peace for this crazy world, Wealth and a huge library at my house. Of course, I would need a bigger house for the size of the library I want.😂

Thanks for the tag @TheSpineView

TheSpineView You're welcome! Doesn't everyone here want a huge home library!?!🤣 Thanks for playing 11mo
dabbe I think we all need like a separate house just for books with comfy chairs for reading. 😃 11mo

1. History ❤️📖
2. I Kissed Shara Wheeler!! I usually don‘t read books with high school characters because I can‘t connect with any of them, but this one about queer characters in the Deep South actually hit deep and I loved it
#two4tuesday @TheSpineView

TheSpineView I enjoyed history too. Especially ancient history. Thanks for playing 12mo

1. No, I honestly prefer to pick out my own books.
2. I give out books to everyone! My husband, my kids, my in-laws —and for the last few years, I‘ve gifted a Jolabokaflod present to about 20 co-workers in my office. I carefully select a used book for each individual colleague with a bar of chocolate. It makes me happy to spread the book love — I feel like a literary Johnny Appleseed.

Thanks for the tag, @Singout

CarolynM What a great answer to 2! I bet your coworkers love you❤️ And I agree about 1, but I just tell them which books to give me😜 1y
TheSpineView #2 is a great tradition! Thanks for playing 1y
Amiable @CarolynM I‘m never sure if my coworkers think I‘ve given them a gift —or an obligation! 😀 That‘s why I get used books, and I never quiz them later about whether they liked the book. I don‘t want them to feel that they have to read it. I‘m just happy to celebrate the Jolabokaflod holiday with others. 🙂 (edited) 1y

1. I‘m certain that I do, but not frequently.
2. The only one that I can identify is Seth Grahame-Smith. I read Pride and Prejudice and Zombies published by a local Indie Philadelphia company, Quirk.

1. Yes, I listened to books on CD from the library. Loved them for road trips especially.

2. Yes, I do. Music in the background doesn‘t distract me and I find it relaxing.

@ElleSkel @Tera66 @BlueMoonJ if you‘d like to play

1. I‘ve seen a bunch of literary inspired stuff in New York City. The New York Public Library, the Alice In Wonderland statue in Central Park, the Literary Walk also in Central Park, and Strand bookstore. I‘d love to go to the Brooklyn Book Festival someday!
2. No, but if I could plan one I‘d go to England and take in some Jane Austen sights. Like the Jane Austen Centre and the house in Chawton that‘s now a museum.

TheSpineView Jane Austin sights would be interesting! 💜💜💜 5y

1. I‘d like to think I would, but I‘m an accountant, so I have about as much imagination as a bag of limp lettuce so it‘s probably never going to happen

2. Crime, maybe. Or a sweeping saga centred on the Partition.

#Two4Tuesday @TheSpineView

TheSpineView I'm a CPA so I get the uncreative thing. I think with us it is all about left brain things... math and logical thinking. I do admire those that have that creative gene. Thanks for playing! 😊 5y
squirrelbrain Fellow accountant here... love reading books, couldn‘t write one... (unless it was a textbook of some kind!) 😁 5y
TheEllieMo @squirrelbrain yup, I could do a mean pamphlet on Value Added Tax! 5y
squirrelbrain I‘ll add that to the TBR list - looking forward to it! 🤣🤣 5y

1. Where the Red Fern Grows gets me every time. 😭 (Side note: Autocorrect tried to change “Red” to “Armed” and that is a completely different book!)
2. Superman. Huge crush on Christopher Reeve when I was little.
3. Total Eclipse of the Heart. We had the record, and I would sit in our den/office and listen to it constantly.

1. Hmmm.. great question! So many to choose from but if i could only pick one... Maya Angelou I would love to be enlightened by her wisdom she was always relevant with her words even on current issues with the times. I think she's someone if you were lucky enough to have a conversation with her words stuck & resonated with you. 🐦💗
2. 1969 just to go to Woodstock 🎶🌻
3. Jennifer Lopez 💃🌟
