My new book cart from hubby!❤️❤️❤️

I…. don‘t even know what is happening. The photo on the left popped up in my FB feed as a “suggested” post—it was a facetious post from a library not in my area, saying they‘d be closed for the book cart racing regional qualifiers. I read the comments, because I just had to know. It was completely unserious and hilarious. But then someone dropped a link to this book and I MUST KNOW MORE. Book description ⤵️

Yesterday was #NewReleaseTuesday at the library 😍

I'm way late to pretty much every trend, but I'm happy to be hopping on the #BookCart bandwagon at last! I hope this helps me keep better track of the books I've borrowed, as well as keep my #TBRs front and center! Now just eagerly awaiting the ridiculous number of magnets and stickers I've ordered to finish it off...

Well, I bought another cart for books. I have little wall space left in my apartment now, so I put it next to my chair.

Guys I finally bought a book cart and I love it!! The top shelf is my current TBR books and a bunch of bookmarks and the other two shelves are other books I really want to get to. Now they are all in one place instead of spread out around the house! While I was putting it together my husband just shook his head and said “Where is that even going?”. I told him not to worry, I‘d already measured out the perfect place 😆😆😆

I finally gifted this to myself and I love it! I‘m putting all of my challenge books in here so that they are easy to find. The question is, how long will it be before the husband notices it?

Something that made me happy recently was buying this little book cart. I can‘t wait to get it.
I am also enjoying all of the online lectures and events, like the one where I got to tell a favourite author/historian, William Dalrymple, how much I enjoyed his writing. I got to hang out with Neil Gaiman for a bit, too. #la50k

You guys! If you need storage space for things (books), you can get your own personal (library) cart at Ikea for $30. You know, if you need a (library) cart!!!

A little unknown fact about me: I participated in my library school‘s first ever book cart drill team. My friends wanted to start one to represent the school at the American Library Association conference, and of course I had to join! Who would have thought you could do so many synchronized moves with a book cart? We placed 5th and were very happy #CarryingTheBanner for the school. Tagged book is the book for this. #MusicalNewYear
