Crinoline_Laphroaig Y'all I'm gonna Bail on this one. I'm struggling to get into it. I have a very limited amount of time to read this month. So going to concentrate on things I really want to read. I do want to join in with Nov read 8mo

Ruthiella With so many unspoken rules on both sides which neither side fully understands, it was bound to fail. 😕 8mo
Morr_Books I like Mrs. Moore & Adela right now more than any other characters. Also - the comment about using religion when it suits their purpose was interesting and relevant in most of history. 8mo
TheAromaofBooks Oh hey, I am reading this one but think I may have fallen off the tag list!! 8mo
dabbe My husband is currently reading a book entitled AMERICAN COLONIES. Getting the exact same vibes with this one. Let the white man dominate and “civilize“ those darker-skinned people. Yikes. 😬 8mo
Bklover @Morr_Books Yes!!! 8mo
TheBookHippie GADS I feel behind- it's a little nutty here. I will catch up soon! This is a reread for me thank goodness just have to refresh my old brain!! 8mo
mcctrish Here I am slowly getting caught up, back to school is kicking my butt. I loved that Mrs Turdball‘s English is actually understood #sheisdispicable and Adela and Mrs Moore are making acquaintances 👏🏻👏🏻 8mo
