My two new #botm titles arrived! I went with two blacklisted books—A Woman is No Man and Vivek Oji.

Speaking of backlist, progress of my #botmbacklistchallenge is a bit non existent. I started off the year with 17 unread BOTM titles (+American Dirt, which I borrowed.) I‘ve read 8 BOTM this year. That should leave me with 9 titles, right? WRONG!! I‘ve added quite a few in 2021. Which means I‘m HIGHER than where I‘ve started, as I‘m now at 22!

Megabooks Those two backlists were both 5⭐️ for me! 3y

IamIamIam I still don't like Goodreads but I made a shelf for #Booked2021 anyway... I use an old fashioned notebook for my book lists but I thought I'd try something new next year! 3y

Now is the time of year when I start to spontaneously come up with reading goals and challenge ideas. I‘ve decided I‘m going to do a #botmbacklistchallenge. My goal is to read all the BOTM selections that have been languishing unread on my shelves. Some for multiple years. The list is a total of 17 books, and I have a feeling quite a few of them will be bails. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Megabooks 5 of those I liked! My backlist is down to 11. 🎉🎉 I read 40 BOTM books that I purchased this year (between both accounts) plus trimmed my backlist some. 👍🏻👍🏻 3y
