On January 1 I started a new diet, I gave up bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, fast food, soda and processed sugar. I exercise more and I've decreased my carb intake. I started at 240 pounds. I weighted myself this morning and I'm excited to say I'm down to 210 pounds!!!

Andrew65 Well done! 👏👏👏 I did similar in the Summer giving up cakes, biscuits, fast food, takeaways, fizzy drinks, and trying to reduce carbohydrates. Amazing the difference it makes, lost a lot of weight and feel better in myself. 4y
