A few days late (I usually do this post on the first day of the year) but I finally managed to put up my best of 2016 list! Click here to see the full list of books that stood out for me last year: https://chachic.wordpress.com/2017/01/06/best-of-2016/

#bestof2016 #romantsy

MarriedtoMrT Followed the link. I really need to read N.K. Jemisin but her books are just so LONG and I don't always do well with long/epic stories. 5y
Chachic @MarriedtoMrT Funny that you mentioned that because I have the whole trilogy and I still haven't finished reading the third book.😂 It took me a while to read the first two and I thought they were brilliant but I haven't been in the mood to tackle the third. 5y
robinb I was happy to step into urban fantasy for the first time this year. Really loved Draven, Andrews and Bouchet! 5y

I'm comfortable calling these 9 my favorite reads of 2016. Of these, my top 3 are "Stir" (I loved it so much I also listened to the audio, which was wonderfully narrated by the author), "Under the Egg" (Theodora Tenpenny is a character I want to hang out with), and "Adulthood is a Myth" (I can't verbally express how much I love Sarah Andersen). Here's hoping I find some more great titles in 2017! #bestof2016
