Two books #aboutanartist that I‘ve wanted to read for a long time but haven‘t got around to yet. I‘m likely going to have a lot of spare time soon so maybe this is the year I finally read them? #MagnificentMarch

A timely quote from many decades ago. The College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, Illinois is to host a unique collection of works by Frida Kahlo this summer. (Featured on storefronts there last Fall.) I hope it can happen. I was delighted to also see her painted on the wall of a Mexican restaurant recently. I thoroughly enjoyed this book #aboutanartist.

Are they waiting for a loved one to return? Are they leading a solitary existence? A story in every painting.I know there is a longing in all of us for things to be normal again, a night out, a trip to the bookstore.So glad Littens make this a oasis of positivity.🌹

Even though I hardly know anything about art I love to go to art museums and explore their pieces. Some of my favorite museums include the Met, the Guggenheim in NYC and LACMA in Los Angeles. However the most impressive little museum is the Norton Simon in Pasadena. Of course this title is from my tbr.
