Saw on FB this morning. Definitely yes. 📚📚📚
I really enjoyed this book! Their relationship was fast paced, complicated, thrilling, and ultimately beautiful. There is a lot more to this story than the blurb seemed to suggest.
Just as a trigger warning it's full of very explicit sex scenes, references to torture and references to animal cruelty.
@Kar2b Today I sent your packages for #StaycationInTimeSwap There are 2 packages that will arrive by 8/11. I hope you like the things I picked up for you. This swap was a little challenge for me because I couldn't order anything online due to a long story. But things were chose from your wish lists🤗 @Chrissyreadit
So I've done the procrastinate thing again🤣😭 but I have all my unanswered #LitsyLove letters organized and tomorrow I'm going to sit down and just finally catch up before it becomes an even bigger overwhelming mess. Lord help me. 🤦 If I do this I think I'll be able to focus properly on a book without streeeess
1) Yes. I start other books, often ones that I then procrastinate on by starting yet more books. Visit Litsy. 🙈🙈🙈
2) At 3 ch/30 pp/30% if they are very boring/off-putting. When the urge to whack the author/characters over the head with the hardcover edition (in large print) gets too strong. When the inaccuracies outshine the plot/characters; founding member of the #HistoricalFictionInaccuracyAnnoyanceSupportGroup
Midnight sausages: a proud Readathon tradition since, I dunno, 2015?
I sank into A CHIP IN HIS SHOULDER by L.A. Witt while I cooked and ate ‘em, and it‘s every bit as good as I expected. I feel like it‘s gonna turn out to be more a prequel than a complete story, though. There‘re a lot of big concepts in here, considering the book‘s only 73 pages long. #deweyoct #readathon
