Help me decide what to read next, the audiobook edition
#tbr #whatshouldireadnext #readinglists #audiobook #wsirn

JulietteGF I'll pick Lost Children Archive, just because I really liked another book she wrote. 4w
Niso @JulietteGF I think I‘ll start with that then. I heard a lot about it and it sounds like an interesting exploration of a timely issue 4w

First entry in #LitsyAtoZ
This book started out much darker than I was expecting and then quickly reverted to being exactly what you‘d expect. I finished this after listening to this week‘s #WSIRN and the guest said she didn‘t like books where the focus is women needing other people to show them how special they are. After that I couldn‘t get any enjoyment from the predictably tidy ending. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Chelsibeau Ya this didn‘t do it for me either. I was disappointed 2y

Meal prepping with the #wsirn podcast on and can't wait to dive into a new book. Even before his prize, I was curious to read something by #ishiguro. And well... this cover appealed to me. Seems like a book that might make me cry though...

BarbaraBB Loved this book - as all by Ishiguro! 2y

Pickpick

Pretty sure it took me less than 18 hours to read this including food and sleep breaks, so obviously not captivating at all 😜 I think Anne recommended this on #WSIRN and I don't know why I didn't read this sooner. A present day mystery, plenty of dark secrets, rural 🇦🇺-what else could you want? Be sure to pair with plenty of iced drinks because this will 100% make you thirsty. Or it could be the week of 100+ heat I've had here, who can say?

SilversReviews Thanks for the summary and details. I have seen this book everywhere but wasn't sure what it was about. 2y

Heard about this from a guest on the @annebogel Modern Mrs. Darcy #MMD What Should I Read Next #WSIRN podcast. 40% in and it's okay so far, but I'm hoping it sucks me in a little more :) #audiobook

My most recently read book has the best author's note of all time (come at me). I found this through the What Should Anne Read Next episode of #WSIRN and it did not disappoint. Multiple POV, mystery, plenty of foul play, and an ambiguous ending? Definitely something for everyone! 4⭐️

MaureenMc I heard about this book on that podcast, too, but forgot to add it to my TBR! *stacked* 2y

I've heard good things about this one on #wsirn podcast! Sounds like it might even be better than When Breath Becomes Air. #smallbusinesssaturday

LizzyM I thought it was excellent!! 3y
raelaschoenherr @lizzym Did you do hard copy or audio? 3y

ptkpepe98 Read it. Well worth it, although it isn't always easy if you're caring for someone who might be in need of proper end of life care. 3y
raelaschoenherr @ptkpepe98 Thanks! This is still on my list! 3y
ptkpepe98 Just recommended it to the nurse in my doctor's office.😁 3y
