Seriously though, this cook book is amazing. Super simple recipes, with basic ingredients, and easy to follow instructions. As someone who learned to appreciate the culinary arts much later in life, this book has been a life saver.

Many years ago, I found this book mark in a used copy of the Atwood novel, Cat's Eye. For some odd reason I became attached to it and now use it for each new novel despite the fact it is disintegrating. 90sinJuly #PureMorning Thursday's are never a pure morning for me because I have a regular early conference call so I usually make a quick cup of coffee/tea & grab toast or a granola bar & jump on the phone. A true pure morning is when I have time to relax over breakfast & enjoy the outdoors-with a walk around the neighborhood or an outdoor table at my local coffee shop. I 💚Mollie Katzen & this breakfast cookbook is a favorite for pure mornings.
