Ashley_Nicoletto I one time hid an entire tote bag of books for a 10 day trip in the mini trash can my mom put in the back of the car. She had limited me to two books for the vacation. She did not think it was funny when she went to throw something away 5 hours in and discovered them. My siblings and I still laugh about it though. So as fas as I‘m concerned there‘s no such thing as to many. 🤣 5y

Cinfhen Definitely depends on destination ~ beach vacation you need minimum 14 books for 10 days ~ if it‘s a city/ touring vacation then 5 should be ok!! Just enjoy and ALWAYS have a Kindle!!! 5y
Kalalalatja I‘m with @LeahBergen completely! But most often, I end up buying so many books I have to ship them home early because they won‘t fit in my suitcase 😂 5y

Our checked bag was overweight this morning and I told my husband perhaps I could take out a couple books (that I hid in there) 😬 he was not pleased... but it did the trick! Now my carry on is super heavy 😆 5y
