I was going to post this review anyway, but it kind of works for #diverselovestories This was similar to A Tale of Two Daddies, which I read first, but I think both are good to have on hand to expand the discussion of family even more with your child. I love that this author addresses a family with same-sex parents in a casual way. And I appreciate any opportunity to have a conversation with my son about what family means. #feistyfeb #netgalley

RadicalReader @readinginthedark absolutely love how they can have such adult topics become children friendly to explain it to children so they don't go their entire life confused and perplexed at the situation they're going through. Better they get it from a book than from outside sources 7y

The Sandman Vol. 5: A Game of You | Neil Gaiman

I thought a lot about #diverselovestories for #feistyfeb Books have been such a huge part of broadening my horizons when it comes to diversity. Growing up in the rural South, Hazel and Foxglove were the first lesbian couple I ever met, and their neighbor Wanda was the first trans person I ever knew. I loved them, and they were people, and that altered my view of the world for the better.

SpiderCrafts It's cool to see The Sandman comics mentioned with other fiction books, as an inspiring relation to the characters. 😊 Really awesome! I'm looking to read more of The Sandman series.
