CatLass007 Last month I nominated The Three-Body Problem. I think I‘ll stick with that. It‘s been in my library for a couple of years now and it sounded like something that would make for a good discussion. 1mo

Bookwomble I forgot that we're reading The Man Who Fell to Earth for March, which is reprehensible as I nominated it! I'll pull that off the shelf over the weekend. As my nomination was picked for this month, I won't nominate one for April, but look forward to seeing what else might be suggested 😊 1mo
TheSpineView @Bookwomble I just started it today. Thank goodness it is short. 1mo
TheSpineView @CatLass007 Good choice! 1mo
CatLass007 @Bookwomble 😂😂 1mo
Ruthiella I‘ll vote from every one else‘s nominations! 😃 1mo
kwmg40 I believe this has been nominated before, and I still want to read it. 1mo
Some Desperate Glory
RamsFan1963 I'll nominate this. People seem to like Scalzi 1mo
Fuzzy Nation
Bookwomble @RamsFan1963 Reading the blurb, this sounds like it's inspired by H. Beam Piper's Little Fuzzy, which I've been thinking of nominating for the Classic group. 1mo
maich I have this on my tbr. Would love to read and talk about. 1mo
Klara and the Sun: A novel
julesG I have had a look at #MountTBR and would like to nominate 1mo
The Last Gifts of the Universe
BookmarkTavern This one‘s been on my TBR forever! 1mo
The Calculating Stars: A Lady Astronaut Novel
rretzler I'm trying to read all of the Hugo and Nebula winners (despite all the furor over the 2023 Hugo WorldCon). I've still got a handful from the 90s and 80s to read and a couple from the 60s, but the most recent one that I haven't read is the 2006 winner by Robert Charles Wilson 1mo
Spin
TheSpineView @rretzler Great goal! Some really good books on that list. 1mo
TheSpineView @BookmarkTavern I loved it! I could definitely go for a reread. 1mo
TheSpineView @RamsFan1963 I like Scalzi but have not read this one yet. 1mo
Lizpixie I‘m a huge fan of Elizabeth Bear & this one well deserves a reread (edited) 1mo
