To me, it‘s rare for the second book in a series (or even the latter half of a duology) to be better than the first book. “Rebel Witch” is one instance where I enjoyed the conclusion of a duology WAY more than its predecessor. The enemies-to-lovers progression throughout the entire book was superb, and the character development was enjoyable to see.
pickWhat a good ending to this duology. I enjoyed this one more than the first! Rune and Gideon have to work together and trust each other but of course there are still tons of secrets and betrayals. Lots of twists and surprises. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

pickAlso finished this in 2-3 days. I fell in love with these characters even when Rune could be insufferable. I wish there was more, but it rounded out nicely
pickStarted and finished this one today 🥰 I really enjoyed it and wished there was a 3rd book just to see how things are in 5 years 😂❤️ I love witches so this book was easy to fall inlove with ❤️
pick⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I mean, what a ride!
I did like book 1 more than this one - this had a lot of “how will they ever get out of this?!” moments and that sometimes can get a bit much for me, but I still loved the characters, loved the magic, loved the romance.
There were some twists I saw coming from the very beginning of the book, but then others that I didn‘t see coming at all, so that was a good balance, too.
This duology is one I definitely recommend!
pick… caused a nice little book hangover… wasn‘t too heavy but still made me sad that I won‘t see more of Rune and Gideon in the future.
