Pickpick

I have enjoyed this series. Kate Shugak is a good character. The plot in this novel brought Covid and the January 6th insurrection into play. I did miss the interactions with the aunties, as it was minimal. I do love reading about Alaska and will probably always will.

Soubhiville I don‘t think I‘ve read any fiction that mentions the insurrection. Interesting. 3mo

Bailedbailed

I bailed 28% in. #23 in the series. The story was about something different every chapter and lots and lots of description but little narrative.

TrishB I think I‘m at about number 11. I do find a lot of series start running out of ideas at about 15! 6mo

Mehso-so

This is still a good series to read but this was definitely my least favourite so far. There were way too many characters, Kate didn't seem to feature much, and the mystery wasn't really there.
