pickI really enjoyed this story about the crew of a sanitation ship tasked with collecting debris in space. It also a story about climate change, fossil fuels, the environment & the environmental impact of space travel. Definite Expanse vibes in that the story also deals with the realities of living in space/space travel—debris, gravity, radiation sickness, oxygen supply, the time it takes to travel, all sorts of things. I‘ll definitely read more.

Smoking on the moon. I'm enjoying this near-future drama, but the smoking thing reminds me of those old sci fi films with pilots smoking in spaceships.
pickPlanetes is a story that promises to be so much more than a simple space adventure. With this omnibus ending wth some rather unnerving images, it's unclear if Hachimaki is losing his mind, or stumbling onto to something much bigger than himself.
Something is out there...I can almost see it...I've always looked out at the world, so I've never seen this before...but in the darkness...at the bottom of my heart...he's been lurking this whole time.
