I bought this volume years ago at a comic convention. It lived in my TBR pile until recently when I learned that it was adapted into an anime series. And I think it really cool since it‘s done by a US artist, kickstarted into manga publication, and then made into anime in Japan 👍🏼 So awesome!!
Anyways, it‘s a rom-com set in gaming culture, woman working in STEM, deals with mental health and internet celebrity-ism.

The anime version was pretty funny and cute. In it, the new branch would be in Alaska rather than Russia. This change must‘ve been for better optics 😆
Still, I enjoyed the anime story enough to add the manga collection as well 👍🏼

Anyways, this volume introduced us to an overworked pharmacist who died and reincarnated into a magic wielding pharmacist in another world. It‘s great 😊

(VIZ Media most affordable). VIZ Media is still most affordable with the cheapest at $9.99, and average at $11.99.

This is such a fun read (yes, it‘s violent). Readers get to see a more members of the Order in action and find out the identity of X/Slur!! Vol 6 ended with quite the cliffhanger so of course I had to order the next several volumes 😆👍

Sci-fi creature genre are not my usual reads, HOWEVER this series is awesome. I really enjoyed season 1 of the anime and knew I needed to add the series to my library. Why do I like it? First, the main character is a mid-aged adult (not typical adolescent). Secondly, it has humor!!! Not dark and brooding. Third, it‘s fun and I want more!!!!
