State of Fear | 
pick⭐️⭐️⭐️ I liked this story for the adventure and the thrills. I will say that I didn‘t love how by the end it sounded like I was being lectured to instead of being told a story. But I did like the story once the lecturing ceased.
bailedI took this from a LFL in order to give two books, it‘s my first Chrichton and dang, I‘m bailing. I liked the writing style and storyline but then started questioning what I was reading regarding climate. I googled the book and saw the years-long controversy and damage from disinformation about climate change written into this particular book. I just don‘t want to knowingly read bad info presented as fact inside fiction.

Finished reading. Michael Crichton with yet another thriller. Not a great plot but i always like his writing. Looking forward to read his another novel 'Timeline'.
This is Ben, my mum's dog, so today an honorary #dogoflitsy . He loves books. Books he has eaten include State of Fear and Chocolat. But that was when he was a puppy. He's a good boy now.
pickMy first Michael Crichton book and I loved it! I think he may become one of my favorite authors. I wish everyone would read this book. It shows how we have to be so careful believing everything the media and the government tells us to believe.
Of course the best part was reading while cuddled up with my girls. 😻
I now have no room on my book shelves anymore, as I have completely overdid it this past week and a half! So here are some of the books I had stocked up on!
