Suet624 I love this idea. The first 14 days of August has special meaning because of the multitude of births/deaths that fall in that range. Because I have long-term Lyme I'll talk to the blood bank and find out if they'll take my blood. 2mo

AmyG Love this. We just had a dinner discussion how there is no blood bank where we live in rural CO. Blood has to be driven here from Denver. (edited) 2mo

TieDyeDude @AmyG It looks like there might be a mobile drive coming near you (you're in Eagle, right?). Vitalant became the Western CO blood org right before I left CO, but it wasn't well advertised. Suet624 @TieDyeDude I‘m sorry… I should have phrased that more specifically. The number of folks in my life who have birthdays or have died within that 14 day period in August is huge. So it would be a wonderful time for me to give blood to honor all those sweet folks in my life. 2mo

ShananigansReads I am not eligible to donate because of autoimmune disease but somehow it has never dawned on me to donate 💵. So I will be donating funds around August 9th to participate. 2mo
