These comics have such random references in them 😆 I also momentarily forgot that Toystory had strong enough staying power that kids will probably still get this reference. But even so, these comics are often filled with references to older properties that I'm pretty sure are thrown in there for the older fan groups. #comic #reference
Had a great day at Edmonton Expo today, and I was super grateful that my daughter had the opportunity to meet an illustrator who has worked on my little pony! Last year she was worried because kids at school told her mlp wasn‘t cool. This year she met someone who had made a career out of mlp. Expos are the best, anything that helps a kiddos confidence is my jam!
How could she possibly eat dinner when there is a "My Little Pony" graphic novel to read?

Eighties Toy as a Book? #OctPhotoChallenge, not all of your categories make sense. I'm going to play this one literally. Like the show, the My Little Pony comics are surprising fun to read. My little nannykid is an obsessed Pony Fanboy (He's only four, so I don't think he counts as a Brony). We read these comics together, and we both love them.
