Listened to/read this over the weekend and I have to say I learned a lot about how I deal with emotions in a not-so-loving way. I feel like it's only a starting point, it doesn't deeply go into how to help the problems or what to 'do' - more of a way to start thinking about how you handle relationships and communication and how you can have the courage to let people know who you really are. 💕
