This tiny book that turns out to be a Swedish cult classic was an impulse buy at the cash register of a Barnes and Noble 75% off sale. I'm delighted to have stumbled upon it. Charming and dastardly!

Short, easy to read chapters, each a specific idea for mindfulness practice. Makes mindfulness an accessible concept and gave me ideas for use in my own life as well as with my patients.

In true Grady Hendrix style, this story starts as almost cozily atmospheric, in an off-brand-Ikea way, and then devolves sharply into gruesome, graphic horror. Disturbing and satisfying.
