I only read 28 books in April. In all fairness, I got lost in Stardew Valley. It‘s a great game to play while listening to audiobooks, but I‘m so into the game that when the book ends I just keep playing. Go figure.

GingerAntics @emz711 it depends on the book, but usually 2x. Sometimes a narrator is a slower speaker or the subject is boring, so I bump it up. The max my reading app goes to is 3x. Without headphones it sounds like gibberish, but somehow with headphones it‘s all perfectly clear. 6h

Does anyone know how to get StoryGraph to graph books by year of publication without entering that as a tag? The date is part of the information they show about each book so it seems like there ought to be a way, but I‘m not finding instructions anywhere. Thanks. #storygraph

My ninth-graders got into tracking the journeys and doing a variety of art pieces related to the characters. Discussions in small groups were fairly natural and not coerced, always a plus. 1mo
