pickI didn‘t expect to like this, judging by the mixed reviews for the author in general when Littens were chatting about #aam.
However, I really enjoyed it, and didn‘t guess the culprit. (I kept coming up with ideas and each time there was a twist, I though ‘ha!‘ but no….)
I think listening to it on audio helped, I don‘t think I‘d have enjoyed it so much in print as it felt quite long, but I did a lot of driving this week.

Cinfhen This was an Audio ARC for me and it was ok better than some of her other novels, but definitely dragged a bit too much. 13mo

Ruthiella I might use this for the same prompt for #pop23. I‘ve not really liked any of the Ruth Ware books I‘ve yet read, however. They are quick and entertaining but the protagonist usually rubs me the wrong way with their dumb decisions. 😬 13mo
