Second time round for this book. Still great, but the audio does sound a bit more sensual/sexual for work setting it might just be in how she reads it with some heavy breathing and long drawn out sentences. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I haven't read many self help books and I didn't get any ground breaking info from this one. It was entertaining and I enjoyed it. Sometimes people need reminders of how to be great and ways to remember that they are great. This book does that for you. A quick read. #Loveyourself
