3🌟 I read this cozy novella in an hour and it's cute enough, but I wanted more magic. Adeline finds her neighbor Harrison dead in his pawn shop & ends up helping hot Aussie Visa Control agent Jackson investigate, all while keeping her witchy ways secret. In an alternate Australia, paranormal are rounded up & shipped to Tartarus Island. We also meet a couple of vampires, nuns with hairy legs, & Adeline's familiar, a sassy cat named Pudding.

This was a really good tie-in. It's the second in the series, so it takes place fairly early on in the timeline, which means Sam and Dean are still working out their dynamic. But it read like a fun and ghosty episode. 👻

A collection of 17 short stories all relating to airplanes. Some are a little more horror then thriller, but they were all thrilling for me since turbulence seriously freaks me out! 17x15=255+1participation.
