This was a quick listen at 3 hours. I didn‘t realize it‘s part of a series, but since it‘s a retelling of The Great Gatsby with a twist, I was already familiar with the characters. If you‘ve always secretly wished Nick Carraway & Jay Gatsby got together, then this is the book for you. I enjoyed the narrator. 3.5⭐️

218 p. A masterpiece that you read so quickly you might miss several layers hidden in the book. Though on surface it is a love story, it also shows America's picture in 1920s, the emotions, expectations and greed that was floating several years before the great depression. It also reflects two sides of societies - the ones who were born rich, and the ones who worked for their fortune (even if not always in honest ways). #gatsby #fitzgerald
