Only tangentially bookish, but I thought some of you might appreciate it. Today my daughter and I met David Tennant. I got him to sign this drawing she made of him and the TARDIS when she was about 7. It's had a framed spot on my DW bookshelf for the past 13 years (she's 20), and now I love it just a little bit more.

Partitions came down , assuming Muslims & Hindus should be divided , creating Pakistan in turn caused forced migration, protests , ethnic violence & death .A book that has been in my collection for years that I haven‘t read yet.
