I have finished reading this book. While I took some notes, I still need to organize and input them into my planner so that I can work on my goals effectively. Additionally, I need to review the attached PDF materials to see if there is anything else that I need to extract from them. #SelfCareIsNotSelfish

I plan to listen to one chapter of this #SelfCare book every day while journaling and taking notes.
