A place that always brings me peace: Walpole Island. My family has had the privilege of renting on this reservation for about a 100 years through many generations. I get to spend a week there during the first week in August - the Pandemic kept us away until this summer.

Reading on my porch- right now it‘s pleasant and cool. My cat Em woke me at 4:30! I could not go back to sleep so I have been busying myself in the house. Time for a reading break on my porch!
