A super eclectic mix for #thebacksofwomen The Innkeeper's Song is apparently my book challenge ace in the hole. I've used it for #lovetoreread and #mostbadassheroine and now this. Versatile.

I have not read the other two, but Palimpsest is apparently about a sexually transmitted city, so that's cool.

TobeyTheScavengerMonk @AlaMich Okay, from what I've gathered, after sex with a.... carrier, I guess would be the term... you gain memories of your time spent in the magical city of Palimpsest and a map of the city appears on your skin like a tattoo. Need to bump that one up on my TBR... 7y

readordierachel I got about halfway through Palimpsest and ended up putting it down for some reason I can't remember now. What I read was well written and strange and interesting. Always planned to pick it back up someday. 7y

EliNeedsMoreShelves Palimpsest is so weird and magical and strange. I am honestly not 100% sure I understood everything that happened in that book, but I'll never forget the mood it set. 7y

Carrie | Stephen King

The two main King novels I have reread are Rose Madder and Bag of Bones, they are my two favorites. This challenge has successfully convinced me to do an epic King reread. By the end of this year/beginning of next I plan on reading all his books, in publication order! I'm excited and scared, because it's a rather daunting task, but I'm so ready to be completely immersed in his world(s). #stephenking17 #lovetoreread

JessClark78 I've been wanting to do that myself. I might start reading his books on the weekends and my books for reading challenges during the week. 7y

Josie @JessClark78 oh that's a good idea!! I think what I'll do is try to read 2-3 a month. It will take a bit, but I tend to get bored if I stick with one writer back to back, even Mr. King! 7y

JessReads Have you seen the Dark Tower reading list? It's a reading list based not on publication order but on order as relevant to the Dark Tower series. It obviously doesn't include everything, but I'm thinking about doing it to reread a bunch of his stuff, because it's super interesting 7y

JessReads @Bookladylinda You'll see that he's updated the list, but I included the original. I've read through both of them, and I think that the original list is the most interesting and useful, so it's likely the one I'll use for my reading list. 7y

I'm new to King, so there's not a book of his I #lovetoreread yet. But Koontz was my jam in high school and college, and this one was by far my favorite. I must've read it at least half a dozen times. #stephenking17
