I have been doing grounding meditations for a while now, but it was quite fortuitous that the book I am currently reading reminded me to, especially on a day like today.
I was feeling quite nauseous after listening to more of Kavanaugh‘s hearing than I planned, and meditating really helped a bit to clear my mind of all of the negative energy and bad memories. #metoo #believesurvivors
Reading this Donald Trump quote today in Bob Woodward's book, I couldn't help but think of Brett Kavanaugh ensconced in the White House these last weeks, preparing for the hearing in which he and the woman who has accused him of sexual assault will testify. Has the president said something like this to Brett Kavanaugh, I wonder? Is this what Kavanaugh thinks of when he says he will never withdraw his name from consideration?
