I'm Glad My Mom Died | Jennette McCurdy

Book #47 done of for 2022. This book was great and lives up to the hype. I came of age way before iCarly so while I had seen it in passing I had never watched the show. It is impressive that Jeanette was able to overcome everything her mother did to her and break what I would believe is a generational curse for the ladies of her family. Highly recommend! Definitely in the Top 10 for books read so far this year.

AkashaVampie I just added it to my save list on Scribd. Can't wait to listen to it. 2mo
Bekkers @AkashaVampie that's where I listened to it too! I LOVE Scribd!

I devoured this book in just over 24 hours, would‘ve been less if I didn‘t have obligations (ya know, kids, husband, work, lol). I‘ve read two other CH books and this became my favorite. I love the character development and how my senses picked up on every descriptor. Book #47 in 2022

22 #47 A book about siblings. It made me miss my 3 brothers. I miss having siblings. I miss gathering together and laughing. I miss family holidays. No one will ever know you like a brother or sister.

Read the first of these 2 books for a Nature read for #Hikeathon and HAD to read the sequel to find out what happened to ROZ, the Wild Robot! The story fed the geeky part of my brain and also warmed the mother in me. That‘s all I will say, but you should listen/read these. The narrator was fantastic, too. #46 & #47 #BookSpin #24 & #25 #BFC22 #SERIES2022 #Pantone2022Colour Loden Frost & Chiseled Stone #Hikeathon #MiddleGradeReads

Book #47: I liked this one more than the first. There was much more fast paced action that kept me interested and we got to meet some characters that we had only heard briefly about previously. I still didn‘t care for the politics aspect. I‘ll be interested to read Kerris & Zarrah‘s story.

#47 of 2021. Day 4 and book 3 for #20in4 . I have read 13.5 hours. I read this book with #sundaybuddyread. This is my first book by this author and I really liked it. This story was set during the fascist regime of Franco in Spain and depicts the realities of what happened during that time. The author did a great job of immersing you in this world with great characters you became invested in. I would definitely recommend it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
