My new Paperblanks 2023 planner.almost got this design a few years ago when shopping for bullet journals. “The New York Review of Books” clearly likes it as well . Poetry In Bloom This cover design was originally crafted by Rivière and son to hold “The Sensitive Plant and Early Poems by Percy Bysshe Shelley. It is a celebration of the many moods of the creative spirit.

Here's what I've been thinking about reading plans for next year 🤔 What would we like to do as a group?
I've thought of a nature writing challenge, broken down into seasons with 4 prompts for each season. These books can be fiction, non-fiction, poetry. Your choice to fit the prompt.
We can just continue with the bi-monthly buddy reads.
OR, if you're really keen we can do both.
Let me know your thoughts please by picking choice 1, 2 or 3.

wanderinglynn Ooh, I‘d like to join for 2023! I don‘t know how I‘ve missed this. My vote would be 2 (I‘m awful at buddy reads) 2y
jenniferw88 Changed my mind 🤣 2! 2y
Chrissyreadit I will work with whatever I can - love this! 2y
jlhammar I'd vote to keep the bi-monthly group read as we're doing currently with the Simard book, but adding in a seasonal reading challenge does sound kind of fun. So I guess I'd go with 1 or 3. I'm really good with whatever. 2y
Graywacke 1 (works well for me. But I‘m flexible. 🙂) 2y
AllDebooks Don't forget a good choice of book can fit several categories and it's not cheating 😅 so don't feel overwhelmed. 2y
AnnR I'm not really sure. I'd probably do the bimonthly buddy read or the seasonal challenge, but not both. I do really like the flexibility of the challenge, being able to pick the books to fit the prompts. Maybe I'm leaning toward option 2 then. (edited) 2y
AllDebooks @wanderinglynn it's relatively new group. We started our 1st readalong on Monday. Let me know if you want adding to the Nov/Dec readalong. Thanks for joining us 2y
BookwormAHN 3 😺 2y
AllDebooks @Ann_Reads I know what you mean. You can always drop in and out of buddy reads. I purposefully left the prompts at a small number. My FB nature group has 45 prompts, even I'm struggling to fill them before the end of year!!! 2y
AnnR @AllDebooks Thanks. 🙂 That's probably what I'd do depending on the book chosen, as I'm really enjoying our current buddy read. Would the buddy read book also be allowed for the challenge, if it fit one of the prompts?
Wishing you good luck finishing the remainder of your FB challenge. I could not finish 45 prompts. Wow! That's a lot of reading for one year. 👏

AllDebooks @Ann_Reads Absolutely they'll count. I was thinking of adding a prompt of your own choice, for each quarter. So that might help to shoehorn one in 😅 2y
Chelsea.Poole I‘m good with anything..I‘ll join in as I am able. I am enjoying the pace of the current buddy read…spreading it out over two months suits me! 2y
Blackink_WhitePaper I am currently enjoying my buddy read. But it depends on the choices of book. 2 sounds good too. In that way we get to know many books. So I am going with option 3 😛😊 2y
AllDebooks You guys 😍 I'm sitting here nibbling my nails with imposter syndrome, thinking no-one is gonna be interested. 🤯😅 Thank you so much #daymade 😊 2y
ravenlee I‘m going with 3 - with the understanding that we all drop in and out as scheduled and interest allow. 2y
Soubhiville I‘d be happy to join both as time allows. 😊 2y
AllDebooks @ravenlee my goal is to make it all as informal and flexible as possible. No commitments required. We all have busy lives to manage. Hopefully this will be a fun place to relax among like-minded people. X 2y
Riveted_Reader_Melissa I like all of thee above!! 2y
rockpools Always find a reading challenge hard to resist! I enjoy buddy reads - reading something I might not have considered, with the group. But I‘m really not great at scheduled reading, so probably wouldn‘t join in each month. 2 or 3 would be great for me. 2y
LeeRHarry Option 3 sounds good to me 😊 2y
wordslinger42 I think both could be fun! I'll have to see how much I can join in. Work has become crazy 😆 2y
AllDebooks Thank you all for wonderful comments. I'll wait a few more days for @Mitch @MelisK @MilesnMelodies @Dilara and @ErinSueMreads to have a say if they wish. I'll post an update later next week 😊 2y
Erinsuereads I like option 1 2y
AllDebooks @ErinSueMreads thank you, noted 2y
Mitch I‘m happy for 3! But I might dip in and out of the seasons - summer is never a great reading time for me! 2y
AllDebooks @Mitch Great, thanks for voting 😊 2y
