Managed to finish one last book last night before the end of Feb.

This is book 10 in #thehollows series as I continue my reread. This one starts off with Rachel at the DMV. All she wants is her license back & to register her new car, but of course the bureaucracy is not making it easy. I love when Harrison throws these real life situations in while giving us a peek at how the addition of inderlanders both changes things & stays the same ā¬‡ļø¸

MeganAnn 1/2: This books brings in a new threat in the form of a fringe hate group of humans trying to create its own demons with the intention of destroying all Inderlanders. Rachel has to stop them or the I.S. will blame her for the crimes. Meanwhile, she‘s still wearing the silver bracelet that hides her from the demons and blocks her access to the ley lines making this run much more difficult. Trent shows up a lot in this one too ā€¦ ā¬‡ļø¸ 2y

MeganAnn 2/2: By the end, Rachel might finally be ready to completely accept herself as a demon. āØ I loved this one! I sort of forgot most of what happens here since it‘s been several years since I read it last. It was a fun ride! 5āļø¸. Another book down for #seriesread2022 @TheSpineView 2y

The Hollows series is one of my favourite book series. There are 13 books, 2 graphic novels, an anthology, and a companion guide. A crossover novel with the Peri Reed series, a short story with my fave character Al, and guys The Turn is coming! š±

Although both Ivy and Rachel could quite easily be used for the #girlcrush challenge, all this series is currently lent out to my friend! Awesome series! š¨…

JulieAnn Love the Hollows series but I got lost on the last two books. I couldn't focus on them for some reason so I have almost no memory of what happened. And I didn't know about all the extras. I'm going to have to do a reread of the entire series now! 8y

Bookworm54 @JulieAnn I read the last two together so I didn't have to wait too long. It did help. And the extras are awesome! The companion is called The Hollows Insider and is written like an investigation log. Very cool. The anthology is Into the Woods. I think the two novellas are ebook only? They are Sudden Backtrack and Waylaid āŗļø¸ 8y
