Finished the bottom 3 books,but have yet to review.
The top 4 books are in process. Yesterday I discovered I have tendinosis in a tendon that crosses my right bicep. It is beyond painful and swollen.I did have a Cortizone shot and I‘m on meds,but I was told the Cortizone may take a week to kick in. Meanwhile, I‘m trying to use my left hand as much as possible, as I am right handed. It‘s a challenge!

DieAReader @kspenmoll I hope you get some relief soon❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥 Please be careful with the Cortisone shots. My mom gets one for her shoulder but only when it‘s unbearable because she‘s always been told that they‘re known for causing diabetes. 13mo

kspenmoll @DieAReader Thank you! Your poor mom i‘m sorry she‘s dealing with pain like that. My PA only wants to give me one more if needed, but spaced apart. I hope it‘s not needed. I am trying to be very cognizant of using my left hand as much as possible I have to think about it though! I appreciate your kindness and support (edited) 13mo
