so-soI think this book was fairly mediocre. It didn‘t really have much (if any) new information in it, and I can‘t say I enjoyed it. I read it through to the end, but that was more stubbornness on my part than it was enjoyment. I‘m glad I checked it out from the library instead of purchasing it, since it was definitely a #borrownotbuy. Also, why did the author hate the color grey so much? She went on about it at least three times! I love grey! 🩶!!

panI *love* hygge, so I couldn‘t believe how much I hated this book. The science she used was way spotty, she had a bizarre agenda against the color gray and it genuinely just didn‘t encompass hygge at all.
I‘m iced in, so what better time to get hyggelig!

This morning I just want to read something cozy. I woke up at midnight with an anxiety attack and I'd just gotten back to sleep when my little guy woke up at 4 and started throwing up. He's been doing so every hour since. We are off to a rough start of the school year and he isn't even in public school 🤣 we just catch things from friends with older kiddos in school. Oh well. Builds the immune system... right? For now? Tea and this relaxing book.
