so-soToday seemed like the perfect day to curl up with this Vintage Mini 💕 ( it was also a sweet gift from my #LitsyDaughter) In under 100 pages Helen Simpson is able to convey the beautiful, messy, exhausting daily joys and misery that encompass Motherhood. I related to Zoe ~ mother of 3 who is secretly dreading the day when her youngest no longer “needs” his mom, so she relishes the chore of driving her son, or acting as his personal assistant👇🏼
Cinfhen It‘s about creating moments and memories, which I believe is a gift & privilege. My so-so rating is because the author makes Motherhood sound like a punishment ☹️ 6y

MicheleinPhilly This made me smile so much. I‘m the youngest of 3 and my mom still introduces me to people as “the baby” (I‘m 40.) I broke a washing machine in my dorm when I went to college because I had no idea what I was doing. 🤦🏻♀️ 6y
