I love everything written by Ellie Alexander and this was such a fun short where all of her main characters come together for quick mystery! I hope that Jules, Sloan and Emily have more opportunities to come together in the future!

My #Top21of21, even though I totally cheated and lumped the Arc of a Scythe trilogy into one selection. š… They were definitely my number one reads this year. All of these are 5 āļø¸s except for Forces of Nature, but as I said in my review of that particular book, the missing star is more due to my shortcomings on understanding physics and less to do with the book itself.
