Decided to switch up books for a new one I just got. It‘s a little shorter and easier to digest. I‘m a month ahead so I can take my time on this one! 🪷

The Jezebel Remedy | Martin Clark

This book is a slow beginning. I did not achieve my goal last year, but I did read some amazing books! New goal for the new year and the first book is The Jezebel Remedy!

Book 13/25 complete!! This book was so fun to read. It was almost like Harry Potter meets Miss Peregrine. It was murderous and magical all at the same time. Highly recommend checking this book out. 🎪

Book 12/25 complete!! This book is like Mighty Joe Young but the adult version. I really enjoyed this book. Although it had a lot going on it was easy to follow and a super interesting read. I highly recommend this book and can not wait to read the other two I have by this author. 🦍

I think the book is fun, but pretty repetitive. It is a cute book though! Fun to have for my collection.

Book 8/25 complete! This book was a quick read and very moving. Trigger warning is needed for this book, but also very empowering. 🌳

Book 7/25 complete. This was a slow read with a lot of backstory. The ending is open to the reader but you can assume what happens, a decent read! 🕵️‍♂️

Asylum: A Mystery | Jeannette de Beauvoir

Book 6/25 complete! This book was a lot emotionally to take. It started slow, but picked up and was super good. Definitely some twists and turns I was not ready for! 👨‍⚕️

This book has so many twists and turns. Some were obvious and most seemed obvious but we're something different. It gave me so many feelings and I kept going between which character to feel bad for. I highly recommend this book to anyone!!

This book is a fast read. I got sucked in in the first chapter. I can see how this book can be triggering for some so proceed slowly. It is a sad but beautiful tale.

The Harry Potter series is sooooo good, but also very emotional towards the end. I definitely needed a break from reading after it. Anyone else get super emotionally attached to books and characters?
