I swear Patty's writing gets stronger and stronger with every single book she writes. Each Mercy book is better than the last, and Silence Fallen is no exception. I DEVOURED this book!! I loved every single second of it from start to finish, but am once again left sad that the ride is over. So I'll just be over here, not-so-patiently awaiting the next book from Patricia Briggs.

This book was phenomenal! Gorgeous world-building, stunning storytelling, and just a dash of magic to make it even better. I may possibly love this more than Renee Ahdieh's The Wrath and The Dawn series.

For the first 100 or so pages I feared I may actually have found a Rick Riordan book that I didn't like. And then he found a way to tie this book, the Percy Jackson series, & the Lost Hero series all together & it changed the game for me. From there on it goes 100mph to the end.

Had a little more graphic sex scenes then I anticipated in a YA novel (6 to be exact) but I loved this book. Sarah J. Maas used every page of this 600+ book to weave a gorgeous, thrilling story that I personally think kicked book 1's ass.

I need the second book NOW, like oxygen. Leigh Bardugo leaves me wanting MORE after every single book she writes. Second only to her phenomenal world building, her characters bring so much to the table.

I've read every book Melissa Marr has ever written, but this one takes me back to why I fell in love with her writing in the first place. I cannot wait to read more in the series.

Kami Garcia is known for driving a book hard from start to finish but none of her books have been as high-octane as this one. Despite being a contemporary romance, not my preferred genre, I definitely got into this book immediately & loved every minute of it

This book may be the greatest thing I've read in a long dang time. From the first moment this book took off like a shot and never slow down until it barreled into the last page. I cannot wait for book two!!

Sadly I didn't love this book as much as I did the rest of the series. The first half of the book was slow but finally picked up about halfway through. Will not let this detour me from reading more on this series though
