Wow. It was surprising to me!
I had a story in my head before reading, but it was not powerfull as the book is!
It got me! It's cruel and beautiful at the same time and the Day's writing is just perfect! Love it ❤

P.S. someone can explain me what happened to the cat in the end? I hope my suspicion isn't correct ><

Book Outlet had that sale and I really wanted Man Up (because I forgot to add it last time), I wanted The Party because I received an Arc of Robyn Harding‘s newest book, and all the buzz of You made me want it. Jess7 I hear it‘s really good. I started it earlier today on audiobook from my library. I‘m totally freaked out, on the edge of my seat, and part of me finds Joe repulsive, and then part of me doesn‘t (whenever he‘s nice in his own twisted way and makes clever witty comments). I‘m only on chapter 12 though so time will tell. @vivastory 6y

Really enjoying this novel. In fact, I am suffering that occasional dilemma that is attendant on marvellous books.
