As a fan of Scarlet Witch and Wiccan, I ADORED this book! The way they portray their relationship, the way Wanda comes back, how much Billy fights for her, everything. Everything about this book was Peak Scarlet Witch and Peak Wiccan.
pickFlying out to IL for a wedding. Finally getting some reading time in. These books are bleak! But also very good! Events push Avengers and X-Men, past and present, to their breaking points. Brian Michael Bendis is such a brilliant writer
pickSad to see this series ended after just 12 issues, it was so different and unexpected and beautifully done. The conclusion is satisfying though, just enough closure with a back door for imagining what could be next. I‘ll definitely be checking out more of Tom King‘s work!
Re-reading House of M for the first time in years. It is so good! Bendis was really on point back then. I loved that when everyone woke up after "the event", and had the life they wanted, Kitty Pride was an elementary school teacher in Cincinnati. ?

Working on latest cross stitch project ✨ there are minimal cool cross stitch patterns for lady superheros who aren't Wonder Woman. So I've made my own!! For now I've stuck with logos, but maybe I'll do portraits eventually. ❤️
pickI continue to be impressed by this series. This volume enters even darker territory, and I love how philosophical it is without being too heavy handed or preachy. It‘s a very thoughtful and heartbreaking story.
