I‘m surprised that I finished 10 books this month. Audiobooks are really keeping my stats up. I loved Vera Wong and The Pancake Problem. Karin Slaughter is a great writer, but her books are dark and hard to read. The Veronica Speedwell books are fun, but the audio narrator leaves much to be desired. Saga is Saga. IYKYK. I didn‘t have anything I rated less than 3 stars. Clearly I bailed on anything that wasn‘t working! #marchstats #marchwrapup

ChaoticMissAdventures That Saga cover in the middle is GORGEOUS 2mo
CoverToCoverGirl I really like Karin Slaughter, but I agree she is really dark! 2mo

LazyLibrary Your stack looks like you may know exactly what I need right now! I just re-read Sullivans Riyria Revelations and Chronicles! And once again I‘m left feeling sad and empty that it‘s over! Any recs on a fantasy that can fill that void? I did read Age of Myth, but did not continue the series yet. But I‘ll take anything along similar lines! 1y
JuliaTheBookNerd @LazyLibrary If you haven‘t read any of the Realm of the Elderings or The Stormlight Archive or Memory, Sorrow and Thorn… I highly recommend all of them! 1y
LazyLibrary @JuliaTheBookNerd I just borrowed first book in Realm of the Elderings today from my library. I‘ll start there! Thanks! 1y

This will be the last month I track my reading like this. It‘s just exhausting and not a fun way for me to track anymore!

Finished 13 books this month. A lot of audiobooks. I‘ve been doing a lot of rereading in March. Working my way through the HP audiobooks. I‘ll be rereading Veronica Speedwell after that.

Work has been so stressful, that I just need comfort reads.

Eggs I so understand that… 1y
BookHoarder32 I like rereading. It‘s like a warm hug for your brain 1y
DogMomIrene Comfort reads are essential! 1y
rockpools Your tracking is stunning- but as the world‘s worst tracker of anything, I totally get why you might want a change! 1y
DivineDiana Fabulous tracking! But yes, keeping it simple is my “go to” when I become stressed. ❤️ 14mo

My new Stress-Less policy for reading has been awesome. Even with the low pressure, read what I want, don‘t worry about reading challenges, I finished 20 books this month! I binged six 87th Precinct novels on audio, discovered a new-to-me romance author and cleared a dozen books off Mount TBR. The Joy of Cookies and The Duchess War were my favorites. 💙❤️ #marchwrapup #marchstats
