Giant Days Vol. 3 | John Allison

Ok, here goes the #BookMail countdown! No1 on the list is Vol3 Of Giant Days. I was a big graphic novel reader as a kid, (Tintin and Asterix & Obelisk were always in my #libraryhauls) but as an adult they just fell off my reading schedule. Until Litsy & all you enablers! Now I‘m hooked on this series, Lumberjanes, Saga, Rat Queens & Paper Girls. #BlameItOnLitsy

First of two #libraryhauls this week!

RanaElizabeth The librarian book sounds really intriguing. 7y
Daughter-of-words A monster calls is really really good👍 7y
GeekGrl82 A Monster Calls i s excellent. It's been almost a decade since I read Three Bags Full, but it was interesting. 7y

Zelma @RanaElizabeth it's really good on audio. It's kind of an odd memoir due to the topics he covers (librarianship, Tourette's, Mormonism, weightlifting) but is definitely interesting. 7y
BeththeBookDragon @Zelma @RanaElizabeth I'm looking forward to that one. I love audio, but have bitten off more than I can chew there and am already hustling to get them read before they need to go back to the library. 7y
BeththeBookDragon @GeekGrl82 You've read it? I randomly ran across it on here and thought it sounded light and different. 7y
GeekGrl82 @bethfriedman906 We did it for book club about a year after it came out. Light and different is a good description. 7y
