My June Reads. I'm somehow reading at a slower pace this year than years past and am consistently behind by one book to reach my year end goal. Regardless...faves this month were Storm of Locusts (why do I have to wait a year for the next one!), Women & Power, and Saving Bletchley Park.
June was heavy on the nonfiction (9 of 13) for whatever reason. It wasn‘t planned, but I‘m not mad about it.
My only 5⭐️ was Fight Like a Mother because of what Shannon Watts and all the “Mothers and Others” have accomplished. The writing is decent, but the subject matter is close to my heart.
June was a pretty good reading month for me. There were a couple of duds but also a lot of wins. My favorites were City of Girls, The Valedictorian of Being Dead, Ask Again, Yes, and Bad Blood.

Here are my #JuneReads!
20 books read, 104/165 complete for my 2019 reading goals
Favorite reads: Red, White & Royal Blue - Beauty - The Me I Used to Be - Teach Me
Least favorite: The Highwayman - This Scott of Mine
A great reading month!
My June reads. 8 books total. My favorite being #TheDreamDaughter.
In July I hope to complete the All Souls trilogy with The Book of Life, finish book 8 of Outlander series, and also finish Firefly Lane. Other than that I‘m not sure where my reading will take me. I‘m definitely feeling more of a romance mood this summer.
