I don‘t think I‘d recommend it on audio though. It was a little hard to follow at first — so I‘m glad I switched to the ebook from the library. Now impatiently waiting for the next book.

I have been on a crazy book binge the last 2 days! In 48 hours I have worked 11 hours at my one job, baked more than 300 cookies, and read 5 books - one of which was for my other job. And four (including this one) for funsies. It took me a bit to get into this one — perhaps because I listened to it, but I ended up liking it a lot. #jesshowreads2018 #audiobaking

Hey guys, no #friyayintro this week. I just got back from Disneyland and I‘m still in post-vacay catch-up mode, I don‘t think I have time to check out all the posts like I usually try to!

⭐️⭐️⭐️ for In the Hurricane‘s Eye. I always enjoy Philbrick‘s books, but I thought this was the weakest entry in his loose trilogy of the American Revolution. (I much preferred Bunker Hill and Valiant Ambition.) It just didn‘t really seem to have a point. #jesshowreads2018

I‘ve already finished two nonfiction books in December! (Started both of them in November.) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Becoming. Fascinating to get a glimpse into the lives of the Obamas. Michelle is so smart, gracious, and kind. I miss them. 😥 #jesshowreads2018

Happy December! I made one book collage of my November reads at 8pm yesterday; and then I ended up finishing a 16th book, so I had to make another! The bigger the cover, the better I liked it. #jesshowreads2018 #monthinreview

I actually wrapped up one more - making 16 books for November. This one was.... odd. It basically was half a Sarah Addison Allen book + half an X-Men movie. I can‘t decide if I‘m going to be reviewing it or not. 🤔 #jesshowreads2018

I was going to say I‘d barely read at all... because I‘ve only watched Netflix Christmas movies for the last two weeks or so. 😝 But I forgot I read a fair amount in early November!
