Ok, first off, let‘s all just say that this month was CRAZY, and it is not normal (even for me) to read 32 books in one month! The first collage contains my 16 favorites, then my 16 less favorites (although I still liked most of them!)

And the final collage has my six ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ reads this month. It was a pretty good month. 🙂❤️📚

November | Gabrielle Lord

Happy December! I made one book collage of my November reads at 8pm yesterday; and then I ended up finishing a 16th book, so I had to make another! The bigger the cover, the better I liked it. #jesshowreads2018 #monthinreview

Bklover I love your method of rating the books! Great idea! 12mo

I was going to say I‘d barely read at all... because I‘ve only watched Netflix Christmas movies for the last two weeks or so. 😝 But I forgot I read a fair amount in early November! I was on quite a romance kick. The top row are my faves, bottom row my least liked. And as usual, I utterly failed at individually rating everything I read. 🤷🏼‍♀️ #monthinreview #jesshowreads2018

AlaMich You‘re the first person I‘ve encountered who hasn‘t liked Witch Elm. I haven‘t read it yet. It seems like it‘s gotten almost unanimous praise. 12mo
britt_brooke Great month! 12mo
Susannah @AlaMich, I was going to start The Witch Elm a couple of weeks ago but put it off for a bit when a friend of mine talked about how much she disliked it. Like you, until she spoke so negatively about it, I had heard nothing but good things. I‘m not sure if I‘ll get to it sooner or later. 🤷‍♀️ 12mo
howjessreads @AlaMich @Susannah - it made me SO MAD. French is such a good writer. And I really enjoyed the first 80% and then the end made me so mad if I had had a physical copy (rather than audio), I would have thrown it. 🤬 12mo

This wasn't that good of a reading month for me. I'm not sure why, but I got into a big reading slump all throughout September.

I only read 5.
The Hazel Wood, Grace & Fury, The Knife of Never Letting Go, The Selection, and Royal Bastards.
4 print books and 1 ebook.
Grace & Fury, Knife of Never, and Royal Bastards were 5🌟, The Selection was 4🌟, The Hazel Wood was 3🌟.
Longest was Knife of Never, shortest was Grace & Fury.
Total pages: 1879

Bookaholicforlife I gave the hazel wood about the same rating 14mo

InBooksILive @Bookaholicforlife yeah it just fell flat for me! It had so much great hype around it, too. 🤷🏻‍♀️ 14mo
Bookaholicforlife @InBooksILive I agree! I loved the beginning and end but everything in between was just blah for me. It‘s sad cause I really thought I was going to love it. 14mo
InBooksILive @Bookaholicforlife those are the parts I liked too, beginning and ending but like you said the middle was just ughh! So disappointed about it 14mo
Bookaholicforlife @InBooksILive I understand. I hope the books you read next are better. 14mo

I read 18 books in July - including 4 nonfiction, which might be a record for me! Although really Grant took about 4 months, I just happened to finish this month. The two larger covers (Fangirl and The Road Back to You) were my favorites. #jesshowreads2018 #monthinreview

#mayinreview! I read 13 books — ranked in roughly descending order from top to bottom. I haven‘t read at all for six days, because of vacation sightseeing, but I did read 2 books on the plane! 📚✈️ #monthinreview
