It‘s not Tuesday but I wanted to answer this!

1. I enjoy reading about royalty — fiction and nonfiction!

2. This nonfiction book is about Queen Victoria AND Princess Charlotte, whose untimely death was the reason Victoria became queen.

1-I DO!!! I love books about Princess Margaret bc she knew how to be scandalous. But I also love HF like The Gown, the story of QE2 and her wedding dress and design.
2- And I‘ll read anything about Diana Princess of Wales‘ life. Also bios about QE2‘s life and marriage to Phillip. Looking forward to more Crown on TV

Thanks for the tag @TheSpineView

1. I don‘t look for books about royalty but I‘m not opposed to reading them. Most books I‘ve read involving royalty were probably fairytales or fantasy novels.

2. A Game of Thrones was the first thing that popped in my head when I saw this.

Thanks for the tag @TheSpineView

1. When I hear Noir I think of crime stories that are dark and gritty, shadowy, taking place mostly at night, with a lot of seedy characters and a damaged/flawed protagonist. Films like Blue Velvet, Watchmen, and Sin City come to mind.

2. I haven‘t read any Noir books yet. Night Calls the Green Falcon by Robert R. McCammon was a good short story with a strong Noir feel.

👑Do fairy tales count? lols. I gravitate towards royalty among people of color than British/European gentry
👑The Shadow King by Maaza Mengiste is riveting and powerfully written.
